British American Tobacco

The operations of British American Tobacco in Germany are integrated into the Group's holding company, British American Tobacco (Industrie) GmbH, Hamburg. Under the umbrella of parent company, founded in 1999, in addition to British American Tobacco (Germany) GmbH located, as the largest single company other European bat companies. British American Tobacco (Industrie) GmbH is a subsidiary of British American Tobacco plc, London, and included as such in the financial statements . It was therefore waived the preparation and publication of consolidated financial statements for fiscal 2008. The company is divided first into two intermediate: BATIG Holdings Ltd. for the Society for BAT activity on the German market, and British American Tobacco (Hamburg International) Ltd with all foreign holdings of German BAT Group.
